The final extraordinary news revealed large false military allegations had been defeated. I ended up with an Article 15 due to my own failure to obey military orders. Pertaining to the same false allegations in civil court a few weeks later, the case was also thrown out with no charges. Mr. Hicks is an amazing attorney. I was charged with DUI back in 2010, and Randy got the charges reduced. As a result I got to keep my license and inevitably my job. The short version is that I drive for a living, and couldn't continue to work in my field without my drivers license (not even a work permit would have been sufficient for my employer). After it was all said and done I had to attend some classes and to pay a fine, but I do not have a DUI on my record thanks to Randall Hicks.
