Nothing but the worst of luck with this attorney! He forgot to take care of 3 court dates of mine I had, I ended up having warrants out for me and went to jail 3 times because of him! I've been waiting on a check from him for over a year now and now he won't return any of my phone calls. The things he said would be off my record are still there. He followed through with nothing he told me and everytime I asked a question about my case he never gave my a straight answer. I do NOT recommend byron! This also happened to one of my friends roommate.
