To crowded and hot alot of machine was down and barely any help
The facility offers change machines that take bills up to $20. There are no vending machines offering laundry supplies, so bring your own.
There are snack and soda machines, and a restroom. The facility offers drop off cleaning service at a drive in window, but I've not used it personally. There are several customers that do, however.
Its a laundry mat..I would say the maintenance needs to be kept up. When you have water coming up inside the building through floor drains when water is released from the machine's rinse cycle there is an issue. Everytime i go there is an issue with customer's change getting stuck while inserting coins. They have to go get the attendant who brings over a knife or scissors to stick in the coin slot to force money down or out. Today a guy's money got stuck and the attendant refused to give the guy's money back after he decided to use another machine because the other one took half his money and got stuck. She came over beat the machine nearly to death to make the money go down. Because she was able to "fix" it she told him he could just take his clothes out of the new washer he chose and come back, however, he was not comfortable putting more money in the machine.
Take your work clothes and things you don't care about, but I recommend elsewhere for anything better.
While the majority of my laundry was well washed, folded, and hung on free hangers, one of my button up shirts has gone missing. This was an $80 Banana Republic shirt.
Machines are great, but there are problems with uptime. At any given point, several washers and dryers are down. UPDATE 6/11/2017: They've addressed this. Pre-existing machines seem to be in better condition, and the large dryers along the north wall have been completely upgraded.
Friendly staff, clean washers and dryers, feel safe while there.
