Do not use this company for anything! My former roommate hired them to patch a hole in my carpet her dog had chewed. She told them on the phone when making the appointment that she had already bought a roll of carpet but never said anything about padding or was asked if she had padding or if the carpet was chewed down to the padding. The installer arrived at 845am on a Friday morning, was there for 10 minutes max and said he had to get more materials because he didn't bring it. Who doesn't bring materials they need for their job?? He was gone for 45 minutes, came back and did just under an hours worth of work. When my friend went to pay the bill (never was billed in the mail like she was told, they just kept calling wanting her to pay over the phone), they charged her for 2 hours of work ($130) when the installer was barely there for an hour.
They installed hardwood floors in my home that I noticed a couple months later had cracks in them in a couple spots that eventually peeled. There was also a loose board. After calling constantly for nearly a year they finally decided to come out and check but at that point it was so late that the floor manufacturer would not fix the problem with the boards. Instead of telling me upfront, I had to again call for 3 more months to get that as an answer and then he made the floor manufacturer call and tell me instead of him personally. Extremely sad customer service loved the floors at first but with this issue, I now hate them. I really hope no one else goes through this problem. I sincerely hope they get better at customer service! You don't give someone the runaround when they even offered to pay to have the problems fixed... I didn't even get a quote. Sad!
I'm not going to go on and say these people are crooks or anything but they sure are a bunch of morons.
Update: I won't delete my previous comment Because I feel like it is necessary to take in all considerations before buying but I will say that the owner called me within an hour of posting the last post and wanted to make things right by me. He was extremely appologetic and they ended up coming to my home and fixing my floors in a timely manner. I really appreciated the gesture and it really helped with my frustrations. The crew was extremely nice and helpful. They were also very quick. I changed my stars to a 3 star due to my floors now being completed and for the fact that It was finally taken care of. I believe that they have taken what happened into consideration on all future customers because they do pride themselves on customer service and I do not see them repeating this same mistake. Thank you for admitting your mistakes and getting the flooring I needed fixed, I feel like by you admitting mistakes that it will help your business grow. Thank you!

I called them after my friend begrudgingly paid the bill. The 'manager' Mrs Mizell told me that the work order was for 2 hours. I explained that he was only there for an hour and that he had to LEAVE for almost an hour to get more supplies. She said that they don't carry supplies in the vans. WTF? Then what the heck is in that big van anyway? They must use it for sleeping or parties or something because apparently its not to carry supplies. I told her it was up to them as the company to ask the questions that needed to be asked when someone makes appointment - we are not carpet installers, they are. She skated around that statement and tried to tell me that normally they won't do a carpeting job unless the person orders the carpet from them and that she was helping ME out by doing it because they normally don't patch carpet. Oh the best part, she tried to tell me they don't make money from carpet patches. Oh really? So $130 goes to the installer? Sounds like a hell of a job, sign me up! I'd gladly make $130 for only an hours worth of work. And since we had the carpet and most carpet padding is only $2 a foot (and thats about how much he used) I can't imagine they didn't make money off of it.
