Awesome experience! Definitely recommend renting here. They didnt have any of the vehicles I pre-payed for so they gave me an amazing upgrade for basically nothing. Very satisfied with the whole experience

Great friendly staff at Valdosta Airport. I had a concern with the rental I received and the Branch Manager Kevin White was on hand to guide me to the Valdosta Branch on Ashley Street. They were friendly as well and had another vechicle waiting with an upgrade. Customer service at its best
Great customer service, reasonable pricing, but no after hours key return. They did work with me on late night return.
When visiting the website i was offered a great deal that I wasn't expecting. There was a really bad storm in our area the morning before we were supposed to pick up the car but they made sure that our reservation was still taken care of and had the car the we wanted! It was a quick and easy process, although my card was charge a certain amount that I was not informed of it was still taken care of in a timely manner.
