I CHARACTERIZED THE AVIS VALDOSTA GEORGIA COMPANY STAFF STARTING WITH THE MANAGER MS.CHARLIE BROWNING AS A PHENOMENAL, OUTSTANDING, REMARKABLE PERSON TO HELP CUSTOMERS BE AS COMFORTABLE WITH THERE CHOICE OF THE AVIS RENTALS , SHE AND THE STAFF WORKS DILIGENTLY SHOWING CARE AND CONSCIENTIOUSNESS IN THERE WORK DUTIES TOWARDS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICES. THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE TO ALL PEOPLE AS WELL AS PERSISTENT WITH ENERGETIC EFFORT TO THOSE PHONE CALLS AND IN PERSON IT APPEARS ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS AVIS CREW BECAUSE OF THERE SERVICES IS EXCEPTIONAL, CLEAN VEHICLES .
I can't thank you guys enough! You were the only place open past noon on a Saturday and your rate was unbelievably reasonable for a one-way rental. I will definitely be a returning customer with this company.
Great customer service! I had originally booked a reservation with Hertz and they didn't have any available cars when I showed up. Instead of waiting 2 hours for a car at Hertz, Avis was able to get me a great deal on a car that was available right away (even though I didn't have a reservation). Charley was very helpful and was more than willing to help me out!
This Avis location saved our lives with a last minute/dire need of a car. The staff was compassionate and understanding towards the unfortunate circumstances my family and I experienced prior to calling them. Thank you so much!!
Buying a car was easier than renting one from here. Completely ridiculous. After booking and paying for a rental online, my husband went to pick it up only to be told "we can't rent you a car, you don't meet the credit requirements". I'm just curious of what exactly are you looking for when his credit isn't bad (we literally got our annual reports a week ago) and you ALREADY have the FULL payment for the multi day rental. Why isn't this "Credit check" run before taking almost $200 out of our account. The thing that upset me the most is when I called asking what the issue was, the guy is like "well there's nothing we can do if the payment fails". HOLD UP right there, you took the money out of my account (I checked before I called) and then try to throw that in there?! I just don't understand how you can try to spin some craziness like that on me when we did our part and PAID IN FULL for the rental. Will not deal with them any more.
