I have been using Baytree for a number of years. My husband and I are proficient cat rescuers and we currently are roommates of 5 indoor and, loosely, 4 outdoor felines. I have patronized all vets at Baytree with Dr. Creamer my favorite. Today we had an emergency visit with Dr. Hall. Now I have read some negative reviews concerning Dr. Hall but all I have to say is positive. I took in a rescue kitty found in my back yard. He was bleeding from his hind end and his coat appears dry and uncared for. Real sweatheart. Dr. Hall was just as caring and nice as the other two.
I took my new kitten in as a walk-in. She was seen in 5 minutes. They really care about pets here. I highly recommend them. My family has been coming here forever.

From the front desk back to the operating rooms, these people exhibit the most care for animals that I have ever seen. They are so nice, everyone I interfaced with. I highly recommend this place to anyone who cares for the animals. Prices were no issue compared to the customer care and satisfaction these people provide. Within my first visit, I completely trusted this facility for all my loved ones (fur babies). I wish I was an animal so I could get such great care and service!
