Was in a rush from Hurricane Irma. They came to meet us at the office after hours and helped direct us to the site then upgraded us to a different lot. They are friendly, helpful, considerate and the lots were nice. Definitely coming back when we have more time to explore Valdosta.
Beautiful park. Great service. Manager is straightforward and direct but never rude. Would recommend anyone traveling to stay there.
We stopped at this park on our way down to St Augustine and the guy was great! Check in is 1:30 but because it wasn't full he went ahead and let us go in a hour early. Helpful...it was a wonderful place so we decided to stop on the way back along with 2 other campers that were with us. So total of 3 rigs. We were going to arrive about 12:30 so I called ahead to make sure they had an opening and the lady told we could not come in before 1:30 or she would charge us for a half day.
I have been going to this park for years. The lady who is there always makes you feel like your bothering her. Sometimes she is rude but i just put up with it because the park is an easy over night stop. I felt compelled to write because the person who responds to all the bad reviews always apologies for her over and over but nothing ever changes. Whats the point of saying sorry for the lack of customer service or our management failed if you keep her in the office talking to customers. Couldn't help but say something after reading all the reviews. Maybe its time to look else where.
Lost of shade, convenient location. Close to interstate, restaurants, and businesses. WiFi rarely works though so plan accordingly.
