All my postal needs and is the best no worries of money order theft and package deliveries are on time...

Hands down the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with. These people can not do their job. It is comical at this point. Just checked tracking number and my item arrived at the post office and they sent it back to the merchant bc of wrong address. Address is correct. Not the first time this has happened. Now I cant get anyone on the phone. These people shouldn't be working for the USPS. They just simply don't know how to do their jobs.

I have always had great service at Inner Perimenter, for example package came back to me and it was rerouted without any problems. In addition, mail is delivered timely, and very friendly customer service representatives. Although, only a minor complaint can not seem to get my address correct ...I do not live in an apartment! If that's fixed it would be great. Otherwise, it's one of the best post offices for miles.

This review is for USPS in general, and not necessarily this location. This is the location we are currently dealing with, however. We just moved to Georgia from Southwest Florida on 11/10/17. We had no idea we'd be moving into a complex that uses a clustered mailbox owned exclusively by USPS, and that we'd need to go on a USPS waiting list to obtain our key. The property managers have nothing to do with this asinine rule; it's the rule laid out by USPS. Basically, we're on this list waiting for USPS to allocate the manpower to changing the lock and creating a new key. We were told that they were weeks behind. Having no other option to retrieve the mail (including $150 worth of merchandise) already sitting in our box, we went on the list. It is now the 26th of November, and we still have not heard back from USPS or received a stitch of US postal mail. Seems to me that it is a federal crime to prevent anyone from accessing their own mail. So, how is it that USPS gets away with breaking their own rules?

Worst Postal Service Ever! They have managed to loose a Priority Package. When I filed a claim with This Post Office they Lost the Claim!!! Then needed stamps and mailed Postcard at the counter. The Older Black, Grey headed gentleman that wears glasses proceed to READ the Postcard I was mailing! I tapped on the counter, trying not to cause a scene, he looks up at me over the top of his glasses like I was Bothering Him and continued to read the Postcard! Seriously! Isn't this against the law?! Worst Post Office Ever! I Hate that I even had to give them 1 star!
