Now the inside is ridiculous. The carpet was not cleaned. It was absolutely filthy with many large stains. The walls were not painted. They said I could paint if I wanted to. Unbelievable the filth. Needless to say, I did not rent.
If you want to share your apartment with roaches then this is the place for you!
I cannot believe these apartments can be rented out! They are dilapidated with wood on the upper back deck completely missing from the floor. One can see the ground below through the holes in the wood deck. The steps up to the apt are sagging and dangerous.
