Did not order meds
I went here to get my prescription filled. I just left the ER for a Sciatic nerve . Could not get out of my vehicle so I went to the drive thru at 10:55 am. They open at 11:00am. No problem. When they open up I was the first customer there. Gave the young Gentleman my Prescriptions. The young Gentleman told me it would be sometime tomorrow before I can get my prescription. I said I need them now. He said that I would need to wait 45 min. I ask why? He said that it takes that long to fill out paper work. (Not my first time here). Waited 50 min. A young lady said not filled yet. I ask why? She said they were other customer ahead of me. (Sorry for long version). Ok, they need to hire someone that can write or type to fill out papers and someone to count pills . Sciatic don't want to sit or stand over an hour. I really Love Publix but, it shouldn't take the long to fill one prescription with only 10 pills in a bottle.
It takes 2 1/2 hours for a script to be filled, when you show up 20 minutes early because you have done absolutely everything that needed to be done for the day, you get told by someone its not ready, but will be in 20 minutes.....not the first time either, it's the norm instead of the exception.
