Bubba Highsmith is an excellent agent, always available and addresses my insurance needs and response quickly if there is a claim issue. He always offers suggests when I'm considering on adding other forms of insurance from life, home, disability to automobile. Have been very pleased with my service from him and his staff.
Bubba Highsmith was very rude after his clients tree fell onto my shed and would not pay for clean up of the tree or repairs for my shed. To top it off they wanted to come through my property to get to his client's backyard to remove her tree out of her yard, but leave the mess in mine. Stay away from him and State Farm.
Been with him for years.. would not go any where else..
