Hobby Lobby is a great store, but they never have the items you want in stock. It's hard to find help in the store..
I love everything about this store!!! Mostly I love the Christian Music that is played and the wonderful customer service.
Employees, one in particular was very rude. Couldn't get any help and was very close to walking out and going to Michael's. I won't be back.
I shop here often as I have an Etsy store. Usually it is just an in and out to grab what I need. On Friday the 18th, 2017, I needed help to find a color of yarn. The employee at the sewing desk was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. She did not ask me any questions and basically said that if it's not out in the aisle, they don't have it. I asked if she could help me look because maybe I just missed it, she stomped towards the yarn aisle and stopped and stared at me until I told her which aisle it was. She then scanned the shelves and said No. I have never been treated this rudely as a customer, but the real kicker was the manager's reaction when I explained to him what had happened. All he said was "I will talk to her" and that was it. I will NOT be recommending this store to anyone. They DO NOT care about their customers there.
Great store, great people...but Christmas stuff out already ??? Seriously??? Come on, cut the customer a break and wait till October at least. Don't commercialize the saviors birth like this. You are supposed to be a Christian based company which is why I shop there. Money can wait...trust me, we will all still spend the same amount...in October!!!
