Store is a little run down but they have nice furniture at decent prices. Most of the staff are friendly, although some could use some work on their customer service skills.
I am sure the store is fine. Nothing in comment geared to just your store but TV in Tallahassee. Why advertise something atleast a 1hr and 30 minutes away? I understand some channels says Valdosta too. No idea if Valdosta has or is big enough for their own TV channels. But me personally wouldn't send a commercial this far away. Specially hitting Tallahassee. And Tallahassee it's sad all the matters stores we have here. I can't see how they stay in business on Monroe right past Tallahassee mall there are two matters stores one is probably 15 yard away from the other. And drive down any main road you will see a mattress store. I have a feeling here there will be a lot closing down in a year or two. It's like they popped up over night.

Yes, the furniture and everything else they have to offer is nice but the attitude? HORRIBLE. I'm a paying customer and I was completely ignored by everyone around me except one young lady actually trying to help me. My friends warned me that they don't take to kindly to black people but I really needed a decent mattress. They definitely couldn't of cared less about me nor my purchase. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
I'm sure yall are good. Would rather do business that looks family based. But not worth the gas. Good looking commercial however.
