I made an appointment and when I came in. They said they have to work me into their schedule. Like I made an appointment I should already be worked into their schedule. They didn't tell me this until I waited a whole freaking hour
I've never had a problem with this office. I wouldn't change Dr. Carter for the world and his assistant is pretty cool too! Sorry you all have had issues :(
The service sucked sat for two hours waiting to be seen then waited another hour to be seen by a doctor once I got in a room I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone
