I recently started reading a book series and they only had he first couple, but after I bought a couple books, they started stocking the entire series. Probably an automatic process on the back end, but I appreciate it.
I get the millionaire mocha here on a regular basis. Sometimes no one arround to take the order, but when there is, it's always better than Starcucks.

Staff is always happy to help, and they'll joke around with you too. They're professional, but not uptight, and you can tell management encourages a relaxed environment. This is perfect for a book store.

Very rude cashier that would not accept my coupon from my phone. It was valid and not expired. Said they did not accept my particular coupon. It was sent out from their store and they wouldn't accept it. They were very unprofessional and lost my business.
