Have shopped here for the last 3 years worth of birthday cookie cakes (and rare self-treat; double-doozie with white chocolate macadamia cookies...) and have, without fail, received bright smiles, enthusiastic work ethic, and a willingness to do what they can to accommodate any need. In particular, we were assisted by their GM, Jo, who helped us mitigate issues with my ex placing the wrong order for my son's birthday, and all with a professionalism and mirth rarely seen in the service industry.
Lady that helped us was friendly and helpful but the cookie I bought (the same cookie I have been buying for years with no complaints) was very hard and no so tasty. Very disappointed.
Not friendly and wouldn't let me pick out my own cake colors very disappointed
